Adrian Lee-Chin, CFA (Founder, Director, Fund Manager)
Adrian Lee-Chin brings over two decades of experience spanning public and private fund management. He is the founder and General Partner of Redient Capital, where he leads investments in transformative technologies disrupting traditional infrastructure sectors.
Adrian is a CFA Charterholder and an alumnus of Harvard Business School’s Program for Leadership Development. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Western Ontario and is also a self-taught coder, blending financial rigor with a deep understanding of emerging technologies.
Noah Drabinsky (Independent Director)
Noah has 18 years of experience in insurance and investments, including 7 years as an investment broker and HNW insurance advisor in Canada, and 11 years focused on private markets in Canada and the U.S. He built and sold Canada’s largest Blue Cross Insurance distribution platform and has consulted with public and private institutions on B2B fintech platforms, helping generate $1.2B in AUM (2018–2020). He founded a private equity fund targeting rural Canadian financial planning firms, acquiring over $350M in AUA before a successful exit. Noah is the Principal of Azure Capital Group Ltd. a real estate focused capital advisory firm based in the Cayman Islands. Azure Capital has advised on over $1.5B USD of closed financings for construction in multiple countries over the past 3 years. Noah sits on the investment committee of Reagent II LP, a Delaware/Cayman private equity fund.
